Dr. Afroz Burges is so caring, a great dentist. Classy, clean place too. Priscilla is so caring, kind, she makes my daughter so comfortable. My daughter just started her braces journey and Priscilla is always so kind and approachable. She greets visitors while answering phones, she is so patient while multitasking.

I recently visited this dentist and unfortunately had an extremely frustrating experience, all thanks to the receptionist named Priscilla. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She seemed more interested in her phone than in helping patients, and when I asked simple questions about my appointment, she responded with impatience and even rolled her eyes.

What should have been a routine visit turned into a negative experience before I even saw the dentist. It’s a real shame, because the dental staff themselves might be great, but Priscilla’s behavior at the front desk left a very poor impression. I hope the management addresses this, as no patient should have to deal with that kind of reception.

This was an excellent experience. I was referred by a coworker. I’m glad I came. From walking in the door until leaving out everything went well. The dentist was extremely patient along with her assistant. Thank you so much for being exceptional!! I will definitely refer my family and friends.

My last dentist started my extraction without completely numbing me.

Well fast forward 6/7yrs or so. Dr Burges is very professional and appears to be a very sweet lady. She's gentle and soft spoken.
Priscilla is very proactive and a great assistant. After my appointment shr called to check up on me. Idk about you BUT that was a first for me.

I broke my tooth last Wednesday and was in pain because it was cutting my jaw and tongue. I Googled for a dentist in Pearland and chose Dr. Burgess. I have not been to the dentist in years. I had "PTSD" from a previous experience and have not been back. Needless to say that I was terrified. From the time I called to schedule an appointment until the time I was done, I experienced nothing but professionalism and understanding. From the appointment desk to the assistant that held my hand, I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the kindness of the staff. Dr. Burgess is awesome.!!! I highly recommend her.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Burges does amazing work! Found this office through the highly rated reviews on google and they live up to them. Been to many different dentist offices throughout the years and can strongly say this is the best one yet. Love it here!
